Chase Bank — Chamblee is a single-tenant retail development at 5000 Peachtree Boulevard, on the corner of Peachtree Boulevard and Johnson Ferry Road in Chamblee, Georgia, completed in 2015.

Members of the AZ Avenue Partners team served as the development group on the project, structured as a ground-lease transaction with the tenant. The team carried the development forward from site through delivery of the completed branch.
