Hillsborough Avenue is a single-tenant retail development on E. Hillsborough Avenue in Tampa, Florida—delivered in 2017 as a Popeyes, Burger King, and Waffle House.

Members of the AZ Avenue Partners team served as the development group on the project, carrying the three pads from site through delivery of the completed, tenant-occupied buildings.
