Andrew Iatridis is a consulting architect with more than 25 years of experience designing retail, hospitality, and multifamily environments.
Over the course of his career, Andrew has led design across the full range of commercial work. He founded iARC Design in 2003 and went on to serve as Director of Commercial Design at Cline Design, before spending more than a decade as President of ORA Architecture from 2010 to 2022. Most recently, he was an Associate Principal at IBI Group in Raleigh, North Carolina.
That breadth—spanning retail, hospitality, and multifamily—gives Andrew a rare command of how design, function, and market positioning come together in a successful building. As consulting architect to AZ Avenue Partners, he advises on design development across the firm's projects, helping translate development vision into buildable, market-ready design.
