Will Winn is a commercial real estate development professional specializing in site identification and deal underwriting at AZ Avenue Partners. A 2024 Finance graduate of Auburn University, Will brings a disciplined analytical approach to evaluating land and assets for their highest and best use across AZ Avenue Partners' development pipeline.
Prior to his current role, Will served as an Associate at The Net Lease Group in Atlanta, where he developed expertise in single-tenant net-lease investment and underwriting. During that tenure, he worked alongside the brokerage team to execute deals, underwrote active industrial and retail net lease transactions, applied statistical and programming methodologies to evaluate development sites, and participated in capital-structure sizing discussions with lenders and limited partners.
Will also gained early experience as a Financial Analyst at Arrived, a proptech firm, where he constructed a 60-month revenue and expense model with integrated sensitivity analysis to support executive decision-making and investor evaluation.
He brings that foundation in net-lease fundamentals and financial modeling directly to his work in development at AZ Avenue Partners.
