Glenwood Soccer Park is a new, purpose-built soccer facility for Inter Atlanta FC, expanding access to the game for the surrounding community in DeKalb County, Georgia.

AZ Avenue Partners is developing Glenwood Soccer Park—led by Managing Partner Joshua DiGiovanni, who is also Vice President of the Inter Atlanta FC board—guiding it from concept through construction. In that capacity, the firm is responsible for the design development process, securing project financing, and overseeing delivery to completion.

The project reflects the same disciplined, full-life-cycle development approach Josh brings to AZ Avenue Partners: aligning design, capital, and execution to deliver a lasting asset—here, in service of a mission to grow youth soccer in underserved communities.

Scope of Responsibility

  Guiding the design process from concept through construction documents, coordinating the project vision with the design and engineering teams.

  Structuring and securing the capital required to fund the project through delivery.

  Overseeing execution as developer, managing scope, schedule, and budget toward a targeted September 2026 completion.
