Ulta Beauty — Southaven is an 11,000-square-foot single-tenant retail store at Wedgewood Commons in Southaven, Mississippi—a ground-up build for the beauty retailer, completed in 2021.

Andrew Iatridis—consulting architect to AZ Avenue Partners—served as the project architect, leading the architectural design of the store from concept through documentation. His work shaped the building shell, storefront, and overall character of the ground-up development.
